Whatever treatment you choose, Nerys’s aim is to provide a unique and bespoke holistic service enabling you to leave Gower Garden Therapies feeling calm, relaxed and hopefully wanting to return again.

Come and sit by the pond next to the lavender bed and listen to the wind chimes. It really is a peaceful and special environment where you can truly switch off from all the stresses of the outside world and have some much needed time out!

Nerys is a fully qualified massage therapist, insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a registered Neal’s yard Consultant who can confidently advise and recommend suitable products.
