Whatever treatment you choose, Nerys’s aim is to provide a unique and bespoke holistic service enabling you to leave Gower Garden Therapies feeling calm, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Take some much needed time out, switch off your phone and forget all the stresses of the outside world in this warm, peaceful haven of holistic wellbeing.

Nerys is a fully qualified massage therapist, insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a registered Neal’s yard Consultant who can confidently advise and recommend suitable products.

Appointments can made through the online booking system and you will receive a confirmation/reminder email/text message. Emails can sometimes go into spam so please check your folder! Appointments may be subject to change so leave a contact number when enquiring. Once a booking has been made, Nerys will contact you to discuss your appointment and provide the full address.

Please be assured that Gower Garden Therapies is adhering to strict cleaning procedures; prior, during and after your visit and extra time is given between clients to ensure that your environment is as COVID safe as possible.

Gower Garden Therapies kindly asks for at least 12 hours cancellation notice- otherwise you will be charged in full. (Special circumstances may apply).

Gift vouchers are available . These can be purchased online or, directly from Gower Garden Therapies. You can either collect from Southgate, have them posted for a small admin charge or, emailed for you to print off.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
